This 6 month plan will give you the tools you need to reach your goals.  It includes weekly checkins, a nutrition plan, customized fitness training, ongoing modifications, basic supplement guidance, and more. 

6 month commitment - billed monthly for 6 months or billed upfront for all 6 months.



Platinum Fitness and Nutrition Plan

1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions.  You provide the gym and guest pass (if necessary).  You will receive 5, 1 hour sessions.

1 on 1 Personal Training 5 Pack

This 6 month plan will give you the basic tools you need to reach your goals.  It includes weekly checkins, a nutrition plan, basic fitness training, and modifications.



Gold Fitness and Nutrition Plan

1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions.  You provide the gym and guest pass (if necessary).  You will receive 3, 1 hour sessions.

1 on 1 Personal Training 3 Pack

This plan is designed as a base level plan without specific individualized customization.

Base Level Plan

A basic fitness and nutrition based program to assist with changing your habits and learning your body.  You will have accountability, a starter nutrition plan, and gym based fitness program.

KickStart

This plan is designed for paid participants of BattleStrong HFN Ladies Bootcamp. It is nutrition based and will allow access for check-ins, tracking, food tracking, bootcamp tracking, and modifications for nutrition.  

Nutrition Plan for BattleStrong HFN  Bootcamp Participants

Don't miss your workout and get off track!  This plan will keep you on pace for meeting your goals, even while you are off having fun! You will be able to use any cruise ship or hotel fitness center, and if they don't have the accommodation there will also be beach and bodyweight options!
